I agree I don't want to know when I've been updated to a release that has no features; we should only give indication when we've released a feature we think most users might care about. For example, if someone went hunting for a bookmark manager and gave up, wouldn't it be nice if when they were updated to the release containing the bookmark manager we told them that?
