unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce this bug. I had 3 tabs opened and clicked the close button, it didn't respond so I've clicked once or twice more, it waited a few seconds then it crashed. I wouldn't post it but I had visual studio installed on this machine it crashed and I thought the stack trace would help. I'll try to reproduce it but in 10 minutes of tests it would not crash.
