New issue 6292 by nathalie.criou: Tab not working - makes Chrome unusable http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=6292 Chrome Version : <REPLACE this with your version. Ex: 0.3.154.3> URLs (if applicable) : Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 3: Firefox 3: IE 7: Noticed a weird behavior this morning which prevents me from using Chrome. Specifically * first tab loads up empty, if I hit say 'corp calendar' a new tab loads up, and the first one remains empty. Only if I type in the URL by hand do I get to fill that first tab * If a second tab opens up, the mere fact of selecting it, hoping to be able to get to it makes it disappear. Hence it is just not possible to use the browser * If I want to open a tab from one of my bookmarks. Just hitting the 'Bookmark' button doesn't give me access to the drop down menu. Instead, Chrome asks me if I am sure that I want to open 44 tabs (I guess I have 44 Bookmarks!) - and it opens ALL of the bookmarks, each in a different tab. I however cannot access any of them since the mere fact of clicking on one of these tab makes it disappear. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. 2. 3. What is the expected result? What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below.
