I am enclosing screen captures demonstrating the problem is still present  
on my
platform.

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Firefox 3.0.5: OK
     IE 7.0.5730.11: OK

What is the expected result?
same UNICODE characters displayed on screen as displayed by other browsers

What happens instead?
some characters with diacritical marks are substituted with bullet (dot)  
character
