What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dock notebook and use large display
2. Start Chrome and start task manager
3. Stop chrome
4. Undock notebook and use notebook screen
5. Start chrome
6. Start task manager (shift + esc)
What is the expected result?
Task manager shows
What happens instead?
Task manager starts off screen and cannot be viewed.
