Thank you for the details. issue 7149 and this bug seem to have the same
root cause,
but I have a hard time understanding how that could happen. That is,
there's a
difference whether Gujarati/Vietnamese UI is picked implicitly (by setting
changes in
OS control panel) or explicitly (either using --lang cmd line flag or UI
language
picker in Chrome's options).
