I'm not sure if Chrome is the issue in here. I tried to reproduce the issue  
on a T43p
system with Win XP. I saw that I was not able to get the system to  
hibernate when
Chrome was running a few processes (10 for my case). The system displayed a  
message
   "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API."


I closed Chrome and made sure that there are no chrome.exe processes in the  
task
manager (and no other apps opened) and I still had trouble hibernating the  
system.
