In theory we could do something similar to what Safari 4 does, in that if
you drag
the tab to the task bar it will (sort of) center the page and set the height
dimensions to the full screen height. That said, this is really not the
intended
behavior of Chrome (it's actually working as expected), so this is a low
priority in
terms of focus.
