What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a tab that will use the network repeatedly (gmail)
2. Right click top of browser and select Task Manager
3. Wait for just a second until the tab that uses the network uses it
again.
4. When the value for Network changes, the value in Memory disappears.
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
