I don't believe that it has to do with the Network value anymore. I think that that was just a coincidence, because I repeated my procedure several times, and the Memory value ACTUALLY disappears right when the Page value changes from "Tab: Blackboard Academic Suite" to "Tab: Virginia's Community Colleges Mail... etc". It originally opens as the former, and then changes to the latter. I think that this is the true problem. If you look at the BEFORE picture and the other one, you can see this difference.
