After speaking w/ Jon, separating this bug from 2913 - Middle-click doesn't
open a
new tab for an anchor link, separating this from the Javascript issue, and
setting
this to WontFix per the original bug status.
If your concern is related to the anchor+middle click issue, 2913 is the
correct one
to monitor.
