Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take dual-monitor system under Win 7 (Beta 7000) with Aero turned off.
(important! With Aero turned ON bug does not reproduce)
2. 1st monitor configured 1920x1200, 2nd - 1280x1024.
3. Move Chrome to 2nd monitor and press Maximize button.

What is the expected result?
Chrome window should fill entire screen (1280x1024) and no more.

What happens instead?
Chrome window fills area 1920x1160. Titlebar buttons, toolbar buttons,
scrollbars, right aligned text on webpages (like account information in
Google) are off-screen and thus inaccessible
