What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximize Chrome
2. Lock computer (Press Winkey-K or Ctrl-Alt-Del and Lock)
3. Unlock computer
What is the expected result?
The Chrome UI looks like before the computer was locked.
What happens instead?
The Chrome UI looks weird, its borders is black, and everything seems to be
"shift" up (see attachment).
