This also happens when trying to open a link from the inspector. See b/1180329 Steps --------- 1. Open a webpage that contains some links 2. Right click on the page and do an inspect element 3. Look for some link in the html code and right click it 4. Choose "open link in new tab" from the context menu Issue -------- No new tab opens.
