What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a folder on the bookmark toolbar
2. Add some bookmarks to that folder
3. Click and drag the bookmarks to re-order them
What is the expected result?
Keep the folder open so I can continue reordering
What happens instead?
The folder closes
