What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached file
What is the expected result?
Select drop-down should have a 1px red border all around.
What happens instead?
1px red border around the select including an additional inset black border
at the top and left and inset gray border at the right and bottom.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
