New issue 15718 by lilwong: Single click will not bring text input element
into focus in Google Contacts Form
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15718

Chrome Version : 3.0.191.0~svn20090629r19487-0ubuntu1~ucd1~jaunty
OS + version : Kubuntu Jaunty 9.04
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit
window manager : KDE
URLs (if applicable) : Google Mail contacts
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): OK
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Dunno

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Google Mail
2. Open Contacts section
3. Select a contact and edit
4. Click on any text input field, the window will not focus on the input
element
5. Click on it again, then it will be highlighted and I can edit it
6. This problem seems to be intermittent. Sometimes it doesn't happen. But
it occurs more than it doesn't.

What is the expected result?

Single clicking should highlight element immediately.

What happens instead?

Need to double click on it. Not exactly intuitive. Not sure why it tends to
happen in Google Contacts but I've seen it happen on other forms as well.
Just not all of 'em.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
