okay but you can't give whole keyboard to plugin, that's just insane, you  
can ask
forever "what if plugin..." , plugin is the client, chrome is the server.  
Browser
should dictate what plugins can and what they can not.

And if it's that fundamental as a shortcut for closing something, then it  
must be
there and it must work all the time! Try to understand me. If you let  
plugin capture
everything, than it's the same as when you let some application override a  
function of
shutdown button to do something else, and that's just stupid, do we agree  
on this?
