okay but you can't give whole keyboard to plugin, that's just insane, you can ask forever "what if plugin..." , plugin is the client, chrome is the server. Browser should dictate what plugins can and what they can not. And if it's that fundamental as a shortcut for closing something, then it must be there and it must work all the time! Try to understand me.
