If the user presses forward/back (as opposed to the page navigating itself), we should clear the omnibox back to the "permanent URL". We already do this for at least ctrl-o and refresh. I thought we had fixed it for back/forward too (recently), but if not it's basically one additional function call to fix. Oh wait, is this Linux only?
