Comment #3 on issue 15852 by mbrubeck: Incorrect keycode with dvorak
keyboard layout on Linux
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15852
In every other GTK app I tried, only Ctrl-X ('B' on US layout) works for
cutting text
in a TextEdit control. In fact, even in the current Chromium nightlies on
my Ubuntu
9.04 system with "dvorak" xkb layout:
In address bar: Ctrl-X cuts, Ctrl-Q quits Chromium.
In HTML form field: Ctrl-X does nothing, Ctrl-Q cuts.
The expected behavior (based on other GTK and non-GTK apps) is for Ctrl-X
(where "X"
is the key that generates an "X" in the user's layout) to cut.
