What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome
2. Open an incognito window
3. Download a file in the incognito window
4. Go to Wrench, Downloads, the Downloads page opens but it's blank
5. Click on "Show all downloads" link in the download shelf, the Downloads
page opens but it's blank
What is the expected result?
The Download page should contains the downloads in the incognito session
What happens instead?
The Download page is blank, without the downloads
