CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit
URLs (if applicable) : http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Works fine
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Not tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run local webserver
2. open http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1 in chromium
3. got "Aw, Snap"

What is the expected result?
local page opened


What happens instead?
"Aw, Snap"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.

* loopback on
* /etc/hosts has correct line to resolve localhost
* "localhost" and "127.0.0.1" - both fails
