Status: Unconfirmed Owner: ---- Labels: Type-Bug Pri-2 OS-All Area-Misc New issue 16905 by [email protected]: The Chrom doesn't use system anti-aliasing algotithm http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16905
Chrome Version : 3.0.194.0 from http://dl.google.com/linux/deb/ OS + version : Ubuntu 8.10, kernel 2.6.27-14 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit window manager : Gnome 2.24.1 URLs (if applicable) : all Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): ok What steps will reproduce the problem? Open any web-page in the Chrom What is the expected result? Chrom browser should use system (Gnome) anti-aliasing algorithm. What happens instead? Chrom (WebKit?) use its own anti-aliasing algorithm. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. All applications in my OS (except the Chrom) use same anti-aliasing algorithm. I can choose someone algorithm in system settings in one click (as i prefer). When i use Chrom and read rss by Google Reader i feel myself discomfortable.
