agl can probably speak more as to what's going on to make this work in Skia
-- I only
made the small changes to get the settings out of GTK and pass them through
to the
renderer processes. I'm on flaky wifi right now and don't have access to
the source,
but I suspect that it'll just be a matter of looking up and applying the
settings in
the same manner in the browser thread. I'll try to take this on this week.
