Merge 23034 - Update the plugin finder service with the latest URLs.
BUG= http://crbug.com/11340
TEST= <Requires plugins2.xml to be uploaded to the server.>
Start with a clean machine or uninstall plugins.
Browse to pages that require Flash, Shockwave, Reader, Java,
QuickTime, or RealPlayer.
The plugin service should link to a download page or an installer.
The plugin you download from the link should be the latest version.
