I agree that we can mark this as fixed. We're almost certainly losing some
coverage,
but then again, this code isn't changing often. If we'd like to come back
and revisit
this (along with other slower tests), we could potentially set up another
bot that runs
slow tests on a longer schedule (similar to the way layout and ui tests
work).
