What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over a link
2. Blue bar appears below taskbar
What is the expected result?
Blue bar should appear at the bottom of the Chromium window
What happens instead?
It appears underneath the Windows 7 Taskbar
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I don't know how to reproduce this bug, it appears seemingly at random.
I have attached a screenshot to show the bug.
