The problem is still occurring frequently. Sometimes it still occurs when I click on the refresh button. Just now, it occurred three times in succession (once clicking on the link itself, then twice on the refresh button). It always seems to occur instantly, without any visible delay. It has now occurred on quite a few different sites. I think it sometimes occurs even when clicking the "back" button, and it certainly frequently occurs when clicking on a link which will take me back to the previous page (which may have been updated in the mean time). Is there any way to turn on some form of trace?
