It just means that Chrome has been built for a fresher Fedora (probably 10
or 11).
Fedora 7 has reached end of life more than a year ago.

You could try to rebuild *Chromium* yourself (or find a backport repository
somewhere
if one exists) but you should probably upgrade to a more recent Fedora, at
least to
gain all the security updates.
For CentOS, you could probably rebuild it too.
