Wait, are you sure about (a)?  I think (a) should have everything in  
Spanish.

Also, I should add that in general, it's easy to get the two languages out  
of sync
(e.g., if you don't have language packs installed for GTK).  There's no way  
for us to
detect what language GTK decided to use (it depends on whether the gettext  
gtk.po
files happen to exist or not).
