We don't currently "support" the internet cafe scenario. And at home, I'm not sure what you mean by "both login once", because there should be no way for you to each provide credentials (hence this bug). FWIW, at home on windows, if you really wanted (and you're opposed to adding a windows account), you could try using separate Chrome user data directories (--user-data-dir).
