This happens when 3.0.198.1 is auto-updated to 4.0.202.0, before you
restart it.
It's known and it sucks, but it's a one-time thing. Quit and restart
Chromium to get the
new version.
If you still see this while you're on 4.0.202.0 for real, meaning while
you're running that
build, please reopen or file a new bug, and assign it to me.
