What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Increase default Zoom (adjust DPI) on Windows 7 and 2008 and open
several windows

What is the expected result?
Tabs should either shrink down or nest to next row
What happens instead?
You can't see the new window (when you click Ctrl-T), but you can Ctrl-Tab
to it. The tab is clipped off of the edge of the screen.

possible.
