This does not seem like a duplicate of 19124 or 15261 to me. They just crash the program, this bug crashes the entire OS. Also, as far as I can tell it isn't possible to get any debugging info as the kernel panics then ~15 seconds later the system auto-reboots. I have been able to reproduce this bug on every daily build for the last several weeks (since I first started using it) that's available in the Ubuntu repositories up to (and including) 4.0.207.0~svn20090903r-25312-0ubuntu1~ucd1~jaunty. As was the original reporter, I am also using Ubuntu 9.04, but I'm on a 32bit system.
