chrome restart

Chrome Version : 4.0.206.1 (Official Build 25376)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply a theme (i tried glossy blue)
2. Go back to default theme (options->Reset to default theme)
3. close chrome.
4. start chrome.
What is the expected result?
chrome should start with default theme as expected
What happens instead?
chrome starts with only its tab strip still themed which was applied
earlier.
