This persistent bug has annoyed me ever since I started using this browser. I'm dual booting WinXP SP3 and Win7 RC and it behaves exactly the same in both versions of Windows. The trouble I have is that the vertical size of the window refuses to 'stick' and every time I start Chrome I have to resize it vertically. It always starts about 5mm from the top and bottom (not full size vertically).
