What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to download a file having the name 'test.xlsx.ini' on the server
What is the expected result?
The file is downloaded with the name test.xlsx.ini
What happens instead?
The file is downloaded with the name test.xlsx.ini.xlsx
