Chrome 2.0 uses WinHTTP to run PAC scripts.  In Chrome 3.0 we
switched to V8 with our own implementation of dnsDomainIs.

eroman, could you doublecheck that our dnsDomainIs function
returns false for dnsDomainIs("www.adobe.com", ".ad")?  Is
that the correct behavior?  We should add this test case to
our unit tests.

camille.huot: just curious -- what is the ".ad" domain?
