To help us verify this bug is fixed in Chrome 3.0, could you run
chrome.exe with the --winhttp-proxy-resolver command-line option?
Does the bug come back?
eroman: If we have unit tests for our WinHTTP proxy resolver,
would be nice to find out what dnsDomainIs("www.adobe.com", ".ad")
returns.
