What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try installing a theme on Windows XP SP3 from the official Google Chrome
Theme gallery
What is the expected result?
Themes is being downloaded and applied
What happens instead?
a .crx file is downloaded and nothing else happenes. Can't apply the theme.
(happenes with any of the themes)
