What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the youtube video. It should be HD and streched.
2. Enter full screen.
What is the expected result?
It should play back smoothly
What happens instead?
It will play smoothly as long as the seek bar is visible. As soon as the
seek bar and mouse vanish the frame rate drops. If you move the mouse. The
seek bar reappears and the video plays smoothly again.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This seems to happen on any video HD or not. This also happens on embedded
videos.
Chromium is playing videos perfectly.
Chrome has problems.
