Also I have just realised that if I disable hardware acceleration. The problem disappears, but I get a lower quality picture. Chromium works whether I have hardware acceleration disabled or not. This only happens in Chrome. Another thing which I have noticed is that once the problem manifests it self. If I right click to open up the context menu ( Settings ... About Flash Player ). The problem vanishes whilst the context menu is visible. I have noticed that this problem doesn't happen with normal videos any more, Just HD videos. Also whilst the problem is happening my CPU usage is 100%. And if I move my mouse to fix the problem. CPU Usage drops to about 70%. But the moment the seek bar vanishes.
