I'm on xp sp3 with chrome 3.0.195.24(beta channel). I only have a pentium m 1.6ghz so when I view flash my whole computer becomes nearly unusable due to 100% cpu. The same pages with ie8 use very little cpu. I am very surprised that you are choosing not to fix this as it is definitely a chrome issue.
