Comment #5 on issue 23424 by bd.bais: Chromium-browser proxy settings
interface problem.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23424

On KDE configuration there is no proxy setting, now I fill it with proxy
settings, I
will try at office tuesday.
$ ls -la kioslaverc

-rw------- 1 bais bais 305 2009-10-03 20:24 kioslaverc

Permissions are ok.

So if chromium use kde proxy configuration this is the problem. I will test
if work
with ntlm authentications as well, if it doesn't work I will use cntlm for
authentication proxy.

But the question is, why are you using S.O. configuration, other browsers
(konqueror
excluded) use our settings and in future I hope chormium will have a plugin
for proxy
exchanging quickly, for people likes me that work in differents networks
with
differents profiles.

see you tuesday.
