There's no way for Chrome to determine what the window manager would do,
but maybe
things are consistent enough between KDE and GNOME that we can do something
reasonable. Errm, maybe not. Middle-clicking on native minimize and
maximize
buttons in GNOME doesn't do anything, and right-clicking displays a menu.
Tony, any
opinion about whether we should try to match KDE's defaults here?
Jeff (assuming that you are the jshute that I know), right-clicking on the
tab strip
and checking "Use system title bar and border" will switch back to the
native window
decorations (except you may run into a KDE bug -- see issue 15698).
