What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 'ps ax | grep defunct' shows several defunct processes like this entry
'12153 ?        Z      0:00 [chrome-sandbox] <defunct>'. The number of such
entries keep growing over time. The browser also becomes slow.

What is the expected result?
No defunct processes

What happens instead?
See lots of defunct chrome-sandbox processes
