What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open search box with ctrl+f
2. Mark some text with the mouse
3. Middle click in search box

What is the expected result?
The text that I marked is pasted

What happens instead?
Chrome overwrites the clipboard with the text that is already in the search
field and then pastes that instead of the selected text
