What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome maximized
2. Click the size to make chrome smaller (between the X and the _)
3. To recover: use F11 twice
4. Maximize again
5. To remove the strange border that now appears, press F11 twice again.
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE MOVIE I MADE TO DEMONSTRATE IT
What is the expected result?
To work like it did before 4,0,211,6
What happens instead?
