New issue 25302 by anders1: Tab bar is cut off when Aero is temporarily
disabled
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=25302

Chrome Version : 4.0.223.2 (Developer Build 29372)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: N/A
   Firefox 3.x: N/A
          IE 7: N/A
          IE 8: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Chromium with Aero enabled (vista glass theme) while maximized
2. Run a fullscreen game so Aero is temporarily disabled by Vista
3. Alt tab to another app, so the fullscreen game is minimized / in the
background
4. Chromium switches to the XP theme (blue theme), but the tab bar is cut
off. See screenshot.

What is the expected result?

The tab bar should not be cut off.

What happens instead?

The tab bar is cut off. I believe this is because it thinks it's using the
Aero theme in some part of the code, when it should be using XP theming.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
