What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add bookmark items to the bookmarks toolbar until they span the entire
width of the browser
2. Resize the browser to narrow the width until the chevron arrows appear
3. Bookmark toolbar chevron arrows overlapping with last bookmark item
What is the expected result?
Bookmark items should stop displaying well before the arrows.
What happens instead?
Overlaps with arrows.
